Zenvision FTP Gateway

Zenvision's FTP Gateway allows customers to access to our FTP server using their browser, without the need for any special software or configuration on their system. Typically, customers use this service to upload files in a common directory for our support staff to examine and debug.

For an additional monthly fee, customers will have access to a secured site where they can use as their internet storage server. They will have access to files in this directory anytime and anywhere they have access to the internet.

To access our FTP Gateway service, please first log in via the Customer Portal page and then navigate to the FTP Gateway page inside our Portal.
